For Managers

Consultation and Training: Our professional staff can help your new and experienced staff become more effective managers and deal with challenges among staff and employees.

Critical Incident Debriefing: When the unthinkable happens, EASE staff is trained to provide immediate on-site services to employees and staff.

Web Site: The EASE Web site provides employers with a convenient, around-the-clock resource to help them promote their program, learn more about services. The Web site also provides employees with self-directed resources.

Program promotion: Get the most from your Employee Assistance Program by promoting it to your employees. EASE provides posters, brochures, email alerts, and other materials at no charge to you. Many of these materials can be downloaded from our Web site and customized for your company.

Timely and Thorough Reporting: EASE can provide a customized report that illustrates program impact.

For Employees

Counseling: An EASE counselor is available 24 hours a day, 7 says a week, to help your employees. In most cases, short-term counseling solves the problem, but when ongoing help is needed, we provide referrals to ensure the employee gets what they need.

Benefits for Dependents: Because personal problems often involve more than one person, most of the services we provide for employees are also available at no cost to the employee's dependents.

Case Management: EASE counselors ensure that employees and family members are well connected to the most effective resource. Professionals follow-up to ensure positive client progress.

Web Site: The EASE Web site provides employees with a private, around-the-clock resource for solving many of the problems they face, as well as easy-to-find contact information.

Employee Education: Our seasoned trainers provide on-site classes that show employees how to identify and solve problems in the workplace and at home. Courses include, but are not limited to, Resiliency, Humor in the Workplace, Conflict Resolution and Effective Communication.

24-hour Education Line: A series of recorded informational messages about issues facing many people today.

Career Counseling: If you are experiencing job dissatisfaction, have been laid off, or are burned out or feeling stuck, Career Counseling provides a safe place to discuss these issues. Together with our Career Counselors, you can develop a plan to put you back on the road to a more satisfying work life.

Financial Counseling: A network of financial advisors who have experience in banking, investing and accounting, are available for your employees. The financial advisors act as financial guides to assist employees. Each employee served receives a written plan created to match their unique expectations and needs.

Legal Counseling: Each employee receives a free 30 minute consult with an appropriately matched attorney from their area. In the event that the employee retains the attorneys' services, the covered employee would receive services at a 25% reduction of the attorney's normal hourly rate.

Identity Theft: The Fraud Resolution Program assists employees at the inception of a fraud related emergency with a staff of highly trained specialists. After a free 60-minute consultation, employees receive an ID Theft Emergency Response Kit, assistance in taking the steps to dispute any fraudulent debt, and monitoring and follow-up with the Fraud Resolution Progress.

Child Care and Elder Care Referrals: Child and Elder care experts will provide clients with a custom list of programs with confirmed openings based on the needs of the caller.

Health Risk Assessment: The Health Risk Assessment enables individuals to identify behaviors that increase risk for accident or illness and offers suggestions for improvement. Executive Summary and Aggregate Summary Reports are available and provided to give an overall snapshot of the entire assessed population.

Wellness Coaching: Wellness coaching pairs the client with a professional health coach for an immediate, solution-focused, preventive health consultation by telephone. The coach, a degreed experienced health professional, answers employees’ general wellness questions, develops an action plan with the employee, provides on-going preventive health and complimentary care coaching and education, provides educational materials, and assists in locating appropriate health resources in the following areas: weight management; smoking cessation; fitness and exercise; pre and post-natal care; menopause; stress management; chronic conditions: asthma, diabetes , cardiovascular disease, back pain; complimentary care: chiropractic, yoga, acupuncture, massage.
